As our company's enterprise name, "Dagao Valve" has played a pivotal role in the industry after 20 years of promotion and careful operation, and is a valuable asset that our company cannot ignore.
At the same time, "Dagao" (trademark registration number: 3822926) is a trademark registered by our company in China and classified as Class 7 internationally, and our company enjoys trademark rights in accordance with the law. According to the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, any enterprise or individual who engages in unauthorized use of a registered trademark, sales of products that infringe on the exclusive rights of a registered trademark, or unauthorized manufacturing of other people's registered trademark logos without authorization from the trademark registrant shall be deemed to have infringed upon the exclusive rights of a registered trademark, and the trademark registrant may pursue legal responsibility in accordance with the law. Therefore, operating under the label of "Da Gao" without authorization from our company also involves infringement of our trademark rights.

All companies engaged in the above-mentioned unfair competition and infringement of registered trademark exclusive rights are required to cease all business activities and change their company name to eliminate the impact before January 10, 2023.
