With years of experience in nuclear power valve design and manufacturing, as well as technical accumulation in the field of pyrotechnic products, the R&D team has independently developed a graphite sealing structure for blasting valves, which has improved the sealing reliability of valve components under various working conditions; We have independently developed a piston dynamic sealing structure for blasting valves, which improves the utilization rate of gunpowder output energy and ensures the realization of valve safety functions; We have established an optimization design method for shear caps and overcome the forging process of 690 material shear caps, ensuring the performance of the shear cap material; Independently developed the key component of the blasting valve - the cartridge drive device, which meets the reliable operation requirements under harsh environmental conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, and high radiation in nuclear power; We have established an internal ballistic calculation method suitable for blasting valves and a dynamic simulation analysis method for the entire blasting valve and key components, providing theoretical support for the development of blasting valves; A total of fourteen patents and twenty-one enterprise standards have been formed; Completed the research and development of explosive valves for nuclear power plants with independent intellectual property rights, forming a series of products; We have established a collaborative innovation system for the design, manufacturing, testing, and other aspects of blast valves, which has effectively enhanced the innovation capability of key valves in China's nuclear power industry. The appraisal committee unanimously believes that the prototype of the developed blasting valve product is successful, has completely independent intellectual property rights, fills the domestic gap, and ranks at the international leading level. It can be promoted and applied in nuclear power plants. The appraisal committee unanimously agreed to pass the appraisal. The success of this meeting marks that China has fully mastered the independent design and manufacturing technology of blasting valves, and has complete independent intellectual property rights. Dalian Dagao Valve Co., Ltd. has achieved phased success in the development of blasting valves, contributing to the localization of major nuclear power equipment in the country, replacing foreign imports, and will continue to supply blasting valve products to the National Nuclear Demonstration Power Plant and Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant Phase II that have signed supply contracts.
