Important valves such as the pressure relief valve for the serious accident of "Hualong One" have successfully passed the national appraisal
On October 14, 2018, the China Machinery Industry Federation and the China General Machinery Industry Association organized a prototype appraisal meeting for serious accident relief valves, rotary check valves with operating devices for nuclear first stage, large-diameter corrugated pipe globe check valves for nuclear first stage, and three-way globe valves jointly developed by Dalian Dagao Valve Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dalian Dagao) and CGN Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the engineering company) in Dalian. After more than two years of efforts, the R&D team has overcome the problems of 650 ℃ opening and 1200 ℃ pressure boundary integrity under serious accident conditions, and formed independent intellectual property rights. The attending academicians and other experts unanimously believe that the product prototype jointly developed by Dalian Dagao and the engineering company is successful, with main technical parameters and performance indicators reaching the advanced level of similar international products, and can be promoted and applied in nuclear power plants.
