Dalian Dagao Valve was awarded the title of Green Factory in Liaoning Province
In September 2026, the list of green factories in Liaoning Province was officially announced, and Dalian Dagao Valve Co., Ltd. was successfully selected. This is another provincial-level authoritative recognition obtained by Dagao Company in the fields of green manufacturing, energy conservation, carbon reduction, and intelligent transformation, following the national level specialized, refined, and new key "Little Giant" honors. It also adds a distinct green background to the continuous promotion of the construction of the new energy industry.
Green genes deeply rooted in the entire process of high-end valve manufacturing
The green concept runs through the entire production and manufacturing process of Da Gao Valve. The company has launched the construction of an intelligent factory, adopting digital management, constructing flexible production lines in the manufacturing workshop, and using equipment such as automatic welding to achieve intelligent manufacturing. In May 2025, the company's 5.9MW rooftop distributed photovoltaic project was officially connected to the grid for power generation, adopting the "self use and surplus electricity grid connection" mode. It is expected to generate millions of kilowatt hours of electricity annually and reduce thousands of tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually, providing a replicable demonstration sample for high-end manufacturing enterprises to explore green development paths.
Seize the opportunity and create a new benchmark for green high-end manufacturing
The company actively promotes intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation, relying on the newly formed AI team to drive endless information transformation. From a pioneer in the localization of nuclear power valves to an industry demonstrator in green manufacturing, Dalian Dagao Valve is driving the high-quality development of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises with the dual wheels of "green+intelligent manufacturing".
