Used in the fields of petrochemicals, nuclear power, military industry, etc., to achieve rapid isolation of the main pipeline system in case of abnormal or special accident conditions that require isolation of the pipeline system.
Application status of achievements:
The high-temperature and high-pressure fast closing isolation valve is one of the key equipment for large advanced pressurized water reactor nuclear power units. Mastering the design and manufacturing technology of this type of valve, achieving localization, is of great significance for breaking the monopoly supply of foreign enterprises and reducing the impact of the international political and economic environment on the development of China's nuclear power industry. Dalian Dagao has supplied the fast closing isolation valves for the 2LOT255B main feedwater and start stop system of Unit 2 of the demonstration fast reactor, as well as the fast closing isolation valves for Unit 1 of the Xiapu fast reactor demonstration project. These will be promoted to other nuclear power units and restricted industries in the future.
Intellectual property situation:
The independently developed intellectual property achievement of the high-temperature and high-pressure fast closing isolation valve project has been searched and analyzed for patents at home and abroad, and no obstacle patents have been found. The intellectual property achievement of the project has autonomy and controllability, and one utility model (a fast closing isolation valve that meets the requirements of high-temperature and high-pressure fast closing function) has been authorized.
