Formulate the following appraisal opinion: The product prototype has completed seismic and flow analysis; It has passed performance tests such as shell strength, valve disc strength, sealing, and action, as well as identification tests such as cold and hot life, cold and hot cycles, seismic resistance, and end loading. The analysis and experimental results meet the requirements of the development task book, appraisal outline, and relevant standards. The prototype of the developed electric three-way globe valve product is successful, with main technical parameters and performance indicators reaching the advanced level of similar international products, and can be promoted and applied in nuclear power plants.

Scope of application:
The nuclear secondary electric three-way shut-off valve is applied in the PTR system of third-generation nuclear power plant reactors, and the normal operation of the valve can effectively ensure that the system performs the expected safety functions. Valves have functions such as changing the flow direction of the medium, stopping, regulating, guiding, stabilizing, diverting or overflowing, and are multifunctional composite valves. The valve adopts a single disc and double seat structure, with two in and one out forms. The valve seat assembly adopts a modular structure, which can be quickly disassembled for easy maintenance.
Research and development investment:
Dalian Dagao has invested a total of 2.986 million yuan in the development of nuclear secondary electric three-way globe valves, purchasing 4 sets of equipment, including precision box type experimental furnaces, high-frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, and thickness gauges. The purchased equipment is mainly used for the processing and quality inspection of prototypes and specimens; The material costs invested are mainly used for prototype simulation bodies, prototypes, test molds, identification test fixtures, process fixtures, processing fixtures, and consumables for debugging and testing processes.
Innovation point:
1) The invention has a modular valve seat component, two in one out function, and can be quickly disassembled.
2) Develop a cage type sleeve structure that can reduce noise and minimize cavitation.
3) The valve is equipped with a buffering mechanism to avoid overloading force damage caused by thermal effects and electric device signal delay.

Application status of achievements:
Since the successful development of the prototype product in this project, the direct new production value generated by the application of the results has been 8.6 million yuan, with a net profit of 1.548 million yuan and a total paid tax of 1.118 million yuan. There are more than 30 valves of this type for the third-generation nuclear power dual unit, with a current import price of about 12 million RMB. Preliminary estimates suggest that domestication can save 6 million RMB in the procurement cost of dual unit equipment, effectively reducing procurement costs, shortening supply cycles, and reducing spare parts procurement and maintenance costs.
It has been successfully applied to the third generation pressurized water reactor nuclear power unit Huizhou Taipingling project, which is suitable for subsequent new nuclear power projects and in-service power plants. It can effectively reduce the construction and operation costs of nuclear power units, and has the benefits of mass industrial application and market economy.
The nuclear secondary electric three-way globe valve is one of the key equipment for large advanced pressurized water reactor nuclear power units. Mastering the design and manufacturing technology of this type of valve, achieving localization, is of great significance for breaking the monopoly supply of foreign enterprises and reducing the impact of the international political and economic environment on the development of China's nuclear power industry. Dalian Dagao has signed a supply contract for LOT190Ca for Units 1 and 2 of the San'ao Project with China General Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. The contract is currently being executed and will be promoted to other nuclear power units and restricted industries in the future.
Intellectual property situation:
The intellectual property achievements independently developed by the nuclear secondary electric three-way globe valve project have been searched and analyzed for patents at home and abroad, and no obstacle patents have been found. The intellectual property achievements of the project are independent and controllable, and one utility model (an electric three-way globe valve) has been authorized.
