Scope of application:
The first level electric bellows angle globe valve is applied in the RIS system of the third generation nuclear power plant reactor of Hualong One. The normal operation of the valve can effectively ensure that the system performs the expected safety functions. The valve adopts a valve disc component structure with stable flow, regulation, check and shut-off functions, integrating the regulating valve, check valve and shut-off valve into one, reducing the installation of pipeline equipment, improving the system safety factor, and saving the installation space inside the nuclear island.
Application status of achievements:
It has been successfully applied to the third generation pressurized water reactor nuclear power unit Huizhou Taipingling project, which is suitable for subsequent new nuclear power projects and in-service power plants. It can effectively reduce the construction and operation costs of nuclear power units, and has the benefits of mass industrial application and market economy.
The first level electric bellows angle globe valve is one of the key equipment for large advanced pressurized water reactor nuclear power units. Mastering the design and manufacturing technology of this type of valve, achieving localization, is of great significance for breaking the monopoly supply of foreign enterprises and reducing the impact of the international political and economic environment on the development of China's nuclear power industry. Dalian Dagao has signed a supply contract for LOT190Ca for Units 1 and 2 of the San'ao Project with China General Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. The contract is currently being executed and will be promoted to other nuclear power units and restricted industries in the future.
