Scope of application: The blasting valve is a key equipment for performing safety functions in passive nuclear power plants. After receiving the ignition command signal, it detonates to produce high-pressure gas, breaks the tension bolt, and then drives the piston to accelerate and fully open the valve. The entire process ensures the integrity of the pressure boundary. Blast valves are used in the fourth stage automatic depressurization subsystem of the Automatic Pressure Reduction System (ADS), the low-pressure safety injection pipeline of the Passive Core Cooling System (PXS), and the containment recirculation pipeline, which can effectively alleviate and prevent design basis accidents and serious accidents. Application of achievements: Dalian Dagao Valve Co., Ltd. signed the purchase contracts for the blasting valves of Unit 1 of the National Nuclear Power pressurized water reactor demonstration project and Units 3 and 4 of the Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant Phase II project with China National Nuclear Engineering Co., Ltd. in Beijing in 2013; In 2023, signed a procurement contract for the blasting valves of Units 5 and 6 of the Shandong Haiyang Nuclear Power Project with Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd.
