The nuclear grade pit gate valve is installed in the EHR and RIS system pits. Under normal operating conditions, it serves as a valve for isolating the containment spray system, injection system, and containment. In the event of a loss of coolant accident requiring recirculation, the valve is opened to connect the pit and recirculation system. The prototype has passed comprehensive identification tests such as cold and hot life, cold and hot alternation, cold and hot cycling, vibration aging, earthquake, and end loading, and can meet various functional requirements under operating conditions.

1、 The pit valve is equipped with a jacket on the outside of the valve, which wraps the valve body and the connection between the valve body and the valve cover in the jacket, forming a double seal between the valve and the jacket. One end of the jacket is welded to the through piece, and the other end is welded to the outer wall of the valve body channel to ensure that the valve has no external leakage;
2、 The valve casing is equipped with a reliable sealing structure, which ensures that the valve casing is submerged in water without generating bubbles under internal pressure conditions;
3、 The valve casing is designed with a modular structure, ensuring reliable sealing, easy disassembly, and maintenance;
4、 The welding seam of the valve jacket is designed as a thin-walled to thin-walled welding structure, with consistent shrinkage of the jacket to ensure welding quality.
